Richard A. Drake

Richard A. Drake is a founding partner of the law firm Barski Drake, PLC and concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, business law, and debtor/creditor bankruptcy.  With an education in business, law, and technology, Mr. Drake is able to represent a wide variety of clients.  True to his rule as a counselor, Mr. Drake makes a conscious effort to anticipate his client’s needs, providing them with a sense of confidence and security in his representation of them.  Mr. Drake has a particular ability to strategically assess situations and pragmatically counsel his clients.

During law school, Mr. Drake was an Associate Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal.  Mr. Drake holds dual U.S./Canadian citizenship. Mr. Drake worked for 5 years as a Systems Engineer for companies Telus, Intel, and the Salt River Project.
